Terms of Service

Welcome to Palatial TV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Palatial TV mobile application and related services, operated by Palatial Tours from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. By downloading, installing, or using Palatial TV, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide during registration, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@palatialtours.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Content and Licence

All movies, trailers, posters, images, and other media on Palatial TV are licensed to us by the creators and rights holders. When you purchase content, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream that content inside the app for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• download, record, copy, or redistribute any content;
• share your account or stream content publicly;
• circumvent any content-protection or rate-limiting measures;
• use content for commercial purposes.

4. Purchases and Payments

Content is sold on a per-title basis at the price shown in the app. Payments are processed by PesaPal, which supports mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money) and card payments. Each successful purchase grants you 48-hour rental access to the content, during which you may watch as many times as you like on your account.

Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and may change at any time. Taxes, if applicable, are included in the price shown.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are considered only where:

• the content is unavailable or unplayable due to a technical fault on our side; or
• you were charged in error.

To request a refund, email info@palatialtours.com within 24 hours of purchase with your transaction reference.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Palatial TV for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the service;
• upload or transmit malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities;
• use automated tools to scrape or access the service.

7. Content Availability

We may add, remove, or modify content at any time without prior notice. Availability can vary by region due to licensing. We do not guarantee that any specific title will remain available.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Profile screen or by contacting support. On termination, access to purchased content ends.

9. Disclaimers

Palatial TV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palatial Tours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific content in dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of Palatial TV after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
